Learning more about Reel Medical Consulting, the industry, and how you can fit in the mix...

Reel Medical Consulting was created to provide TV and Film productions a

one-stop-shop resource for all medical consulting services. We provide productions help from expert script review through all aspects of production as well as pre/post-production. We were started by a group of healthcare providers who have decades of experience in the business. Our goal is to provide a way for others to gain exposure to the entertainment industry as well as help standardize the way healthcare providers are incorporated and compensated for their work.

Expert Script Review

We have all seen a television or movie medical scene and screamed out, "THAT'S NOT ACCURATE!"

Although many factors go into the final product we see on screen, it all starts with a medically accurate script! We are cultivating the largest database of healthcare specialists in the world that we can connect with productions who are seeking to make their scripts as medically accurate as possible.

On-set Medical Tech

Being on set is exhilarating, but can also be completely overwhelming. As a med tech, you are the "go-to" person for EVERYTHING. From costume,

set design, directors, actors and producers... there is definitely a huge learning curve, and lots to understand about the hierarchy of a set. We hope to provide opportunities for people to shadow and learn more about this amazing industry.

Television Studio

Acting

Whether you are background actor or a speaking cast member, many productions look to add medical professionals to scenes in order to add to the overall authenticity of the project. Whether it's as simple as performing a physical exam on a background patient, or a more specialized scene requiring a specific skill set, there are many opportunities to become a "REELY."

The one-stop-shop for TV and Film.
